Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements
Manage reservations and walk-in guest inquiries efficiently
Provide menu information and answer questions about food, beverages, and services
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely service delivery
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed




Support team members in daily operations to uphold high standards of service

Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency for reservation systems and POS transactions
Ability to remain calm under pressure and resolve guest issues diplomatically
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
