Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment on-site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, clearing debris, and setting up necessary tools and supplies
Support skilled tradespeople by holding or passing tools, materials, and supplies as needed
Perform basic tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials safely
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Help with site cleanup at the end of shifts to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace




Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Experience
Prior experience in general labour or construction is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a strong work ethic above all
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in rapid-paced environments
Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction or industrial sites
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different job site requirements
