Drive innovation in youth support services as the Peer Support Lead at Foundry in Surrey, BC. This full time role is key for enhancing community health services for youth and families. As the Peer Support Lead, you will coordinate youth and family programs, working with the Foundry team to provide exceptional care and support.
Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, engaging in quality improvement efforts, and ensuring adherence to best practices in peer support. Active participation in community partnerships is essential to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily program activities and staff operations
Collaborate with the city center manager for site programming
Guide the team in implementing trauma-informed practices
Maintain peer support program budget accountability
Ensure effective record keeping and documentation Requirements:
Proven experience in peer support and youth services
Robust decision-making and organizational abilities
Familiarity with community resources in Surrey
