Reporting to the Head of Product, you will oversee a team of product and data engineers while owning the roadmap for AI-driven experiences. Your expertise in bringing AI products from concept to customer delivery will be crucial in accelerating Float's mission. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and grow a team of product and ML engineers
Own the roadmap for AI-driven finance products
Transition AI projects from concept to market
Make critical tech decisions around model and infrastructure

7+ years in software engineering with team management experience

Proven track record of building 0→1 products
Solid understanding of AI infrastructure and evaluation
