We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finisher to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting cabinet parts and doors, completing products with precision and ensuring they meet quality standards. Responsibilities
Use hand tools, power tools, automated finishing line, and machining tools to finish products according to specifications
Inspect finished items for quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards
Follow lean manufacturing principles to minimize waste and optimize workflow during finishing processes
Maintain and clean the automated spray machine
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
Document completion details, inspection results,
and any issues encountered during finishing tasks
Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, machining, or assembly environments is preferred
Mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools, power tools, spray equipment, and machining tools is an asset
Strong attention to detail with an eye for quality control
Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during assembly or finishing tasks
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
Valuable physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift heavy objects (50 pounds), and perform repetitive tasks safely
