Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team to assist with Calgary based Fence Construction. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe and effective work workplace. The ideal candidate is physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to a energetic team. Prior experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
One of the primary roles will be digging post holes for fencing manually.
Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and ensure safety protocols are followed
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Help with site cleanup and organization at the end of shifts




Adhere to all safety guidelines and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds
Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety awareness
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or general labor is advantageous
Must be able to work in various weather conditions and environments
High school diploma or equivalent required
Employee must provide own Steel Toed Boots & Appropriate Work Attire

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
