Position: Entry-Level Florist

We provide full training. We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our floral team. No floral experience is necessary. We’re happy to train the right person from the ground up.

This is a excellent chance for someone who enjoys working with their hands, being creative, staying busy, and being part of a team. More than anything, we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities
Assist with preparing and arranging fresh flowers
Clean, trim, process, and care for incoming flowers
Learn how to create bouquets, arrangements, and other floral designs
Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked
Assist with unpacking and putting away floral shipments and supplies
Help prepare orders for customers, deliveries, weddings, and events
Follow instructions and learn our floral design techniques and standards
Assist other team members as needed during busy periods
