This senior role is both hands-on and strategic in nature. You will spearhead the design of critical, flight-grade electrical hardware, starting with the R1 rocket and growing alongside the company.

With your deep experience, you will define specifications, create processes, and mentor emerging engineers as part of a committed team from industry leaders. Your work will be essential for establishing Canada’s space launch competencies. Key Responsibilities:
Create electrical architectures for complex systems with safety focus
Manage all phases of electronic component development




Develop frameworks for scalable electrical design processes
Provide production support for avionics and quality assurance
