Ericksons LLP is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist (Contract) to join our team. The position is available until December 31, 2026, with the possibility to renew. Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a qualified and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
Provide administrative support such as filing and document scanning
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
Schedule appointments and maintain boardroom calendars
Perform data entry tasks using office software programs
Process incoming payments
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Experience:




Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Robust organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to type accurately and efficiently

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
