In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing & maintaining the fleet. Your expertise will ensure operational efficiency, safety & reliability in a fast-paced setting. Duties
Perform routine inspections & preventative maintenance on heavy machinery
Troubleshoot mechanical issues using schematics, technical manuals & diagnosing tools; identify root causes swiftly to minimize downtime
Conduct repairs involving welding, assembly, electrical work & mechanical adjustments using hand tools & power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely during maintenance procedures or when testing repairs machinery on-site




Collaborate with clients & team members to provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs & maintenance clearly
Maintain detailed service records & work orders
Assist in training junior technicians or apprentices on proper repair techniques & safety protocols

Experience
Proven mechanic experience working with heavy equipment such as cranes, industrial machinery
Hands on skills with welding, electrical repairs, schematics interpretation, & assembly are essential
Knowledge of HVAC systems related to industrial or vehicle application
Excellent customer service skills with explicit communication to explain technical issues effectively

Qualifications
Valid drivers license, class 1 is helpful
Have your own tools
Work effeicantly alone & with others

Boarding & service truck will be provided. Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
