We are looking to add some members to our reception and housekeeping team.

We are a family run campground located just north of the 401 off of Highway 38.

Reception is in charge of exceeding guests expectations before, during and after their stay. Duties include booking reservations, answering guests questions, providing information regarding the local area, selling and stocking items in our gift shop, and helping families enjoy their visit.

Housekeeping is in charge of providing a secure, sanitary, and comfortable experience for our guests. Duties include cleaning guests cabins after check-out, sanitizing high touch surfaces, cleaning and sanitizing common areas and helping staff and customers stay protected.

We are looking for multiple members for each team.

Team members should be comfortable working independently without supervision,



be available for day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts, be able to provide a positive and memorable environment for guests and staff, and have a keen eye for small details.

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Proficient in handling phone systems and managing guest inquiries
Ability to communicate effectively, with multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred
Knowledge of phone etiquette and qualified communication standards
Familiarity with hospitality software and reservation systems is a plus

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
