As our Receptionist/Concierge, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a warm smile and assisting with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a small, family-like work environment, can work independently, and thrives in a team-oriented atmosphere.

What You’ll Do:
Greet guests and direct them to the appropriate service provider
Maintain a clean and welcoming setting through general housekeeping
Help guests discover our retail products by making personalized recommendations
Handle opening and closing procedures, including managing float
Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
Liaise with service providers and company stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Assist with social media content to keep our community engaged




Conduct site tours with potential members

What We’re Looking For:
A passion for the beauty industry and a love for customer service
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A adaptable schedule and willingness to cover shifts as needed (including for sick leave)
A positive, approachable attitude and the ability to build relationships with guests
Strong communication skills and a fashion-forward, trendy appearance
The ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
