Reporting to the Shop Manager, the General Labourer is responsible for various Manufacturing duties such as painting, cleaning material handling of abrasive material.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Palletization
Product packaging line support
Identify & report damage or inconsistencies
Trained on Operating Powder and wet application equipment
Cleaning as required
Yard coordination (Flagman/gate coordinator)
Ability to multitask & work with minimal supervision in a high-growth, fast-paced setting
Self-motivated and result oriented who is organized, positive & energetic
Cooperative team player, solid interpersonal skills
Friendly / personable / team player
Safety & detailed focus
Have a strong work ethic.
Must be able to stand, lift 50 lbs. carry, bend, reach.
Willing to work in all conditions outside; hours of operation will vary based on job specifics.
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
