Lead the financial direction of a growing PE-backed sanitation platform as Chief Financial Officer in Denver, CO. Drive financial strategy, reporting, and M&A; integration in a partially remote setting. This role is about building from the ground up rather than maintaining the status quo. You'll be responsible for financial strategy, oversight of financial controls, and integration of acquisitions across multiple branches. Serve as the CEO’s primary financial advisor
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of progressive finance experience
Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience
Expertise in M&A; integration and cash management
Solid budgeting and financial analysis skills
