Position Overview

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, works well independently, and thrives in a calm, slower-paced environment while maintaining a warm and positive attitude.

You will be the first point of contact for our members and play an significant role in creating an excellent studio experience.

Responsibilities
Welcome and check in clients as they arrive
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally
Assist members with bookings, scheduling, and general questions
Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
Use Google Sheets to track information and complete administrative tasks




Support daily studio operations and member experience
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Help create a positive and welcoming studio atmosphere

Requirements
Weekend availability is required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic computer systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly phone etiquette
Organized and detail-oriented
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Light studio upkeep and organization
Able to work independently in a slower-paced environment while staying engaged and proactive
