Duties
Conduct comprehensive flight training sessions for students, emphasizing safety, aeronautical knowledge, and practical flying skills
Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement
Ensure all flight activities comply with regulatory standards and company safety protocols
Maintain detailed records of training progress, flight logs, and certification documentation
Supervise ground school activities, including classroom instruction on navigation, meteorology, aircraft systems, and emergency procedures
Collaborate with students to develop personalized training plans that align with their goals and skill levels
Lead safety briefings before flights and debrief after each session to reinforce best practices
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
