Avenue Living Asset Management seeks a skilled Financial Reporting Analyst to prepare timely financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards. This role is pivotal for conducting financial analysis and supporting audit processes. We are looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst with a robust background in financial reporting and analysis.

Your expertise will support month-end and year-end processes, ensuring financial statements meet high accuracy standards. You will also work collaboratively while enhancing our processes to drive efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and reports using Excel
Conduct detailed variance analysis and communicate findings




Support month-end and year-end closing with accurate journal entries
Perform reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Prepare GST remittance reports and assist in audits Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of financial reporting experience
Proficiency with YARDI and advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of GAAP and IFRS standards
