What We're Looking For
2+ years of dental administration experience
Experience with treatment coordination and patient communication
Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and accounts receivable
Confident discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
Strong scheduling and organizational skills
Professional, positive, and patient-focused

What You'll Do
Welcome patients and create an exceptional first impression
Coordinate daily front office operations and patient flow
Schedule appointments and maximize the efficiency of the schedule
Coordinate treatment and help patients understand their treatment options
Discuss financial options and assist patients in moving forward with care
