Your work will directly contribute to reducing financial stress for millions of employees through our financial wellness platform. Collaborate with Product, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure that current features meet real-world needs. Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain features from back end to front end
Tackle complex scale and concurrency challenges
Maintain third-party tool integrations for reliability
Collaborate with teams to solve production issues
Mentor and elevate team performance through reviews Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience with Ruby on Rails
Proficient in front-end technologies like React
Solid SQL skills for data-driven problem solving
Deep understanding of software engineering principles
