Responsibilities:
Assemble fence panels according to specifications and quality standards.
Pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are protected during shipping.
Assist with shipping tasks, including labeling, organizing shipments, and coordinating with carriers.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and customer demands.

Requirements:
Previous experience in carpentry or woodworking is essential.




Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a rapid-paced environment.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
