Job sites will be in the Belleville and surrounding areas.

Duties
Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate and communicate with Owner, crew, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
Assist owner with estimates
Schedule and coordinate work activities, ensuring projects are complete
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Monitor project progress and quality of workmanship
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications
Proven experience as a General Contractor or similar role in the construction industry
Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
Skilled in various construction tasks such as tile laying, caulking, concrete finishing, welding, etc.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely




Excellent organizational and time management skills
Robust leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
Solid understanding of construction estimating and budgeting processes

We are looking for a skilled General Contractor to join our team. Must have experience with Interior work: kitchens, bathrooms, framing, drywall and more. Must have experience with Exterior work: Siding, soffit, fascia, eavestrough, roofing, decks and more. This is full-time, as Rosenplot Renos is growing. Having your own truck and tools is a must. Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
