Drive efficiency in residential and outreach programs while fostering client-centered solutions. As a permanent Coordinator, you will manage personnel processes, assist with budgeting and program planning, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

Your collaboration with both stakeholders and community agencies ensures that Lookout's supporters receive the essential services they need. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate evaluation and management of outreach and residential programs
Maintain program goals and delivery standards




Oversee documentation and compliance with operating policies
Act as liaison with community partners and government agencies
Assist with staff scheduling and development Requirements:
Post-secondary education in Social Services or related field
Two years’ experience in community service sector
Knowledge of income assistance and affordable housing
First Aid Training Certification needed
