Make a difference as a Family Preservation Worker in Kapuskasing. This full time position focuses on high-risk families needing intensive intervention for behavioral and emotional challenges. As part of the Family Preservation team, your role will include delivering child behavioral management services and training for parents. The successful candidate will possess a Baccalaureate in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, along with at least three years of practical experience.
Bilingual
English/French is a must for this role. Key Responsibilities:
Provide intensive intervention for children and families
Assess and treat behavioral and psychosocial issues
Offer training for parenting strategies
Adapt to versatile work hours for family needs
Partner with various stakeholders for effective care Requirements:
Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Minimum three years of relevant experience
Robust interpersonal and organizational abilities
G2 or valid G Class driver’s license and access to a vehicle
Bilingual proficiency in English and French Drive positive change in families with your expertise in this impactful role.
