The Clinical

Pharmacist will work with Fraser Health’s collaborative health team until June 2027, providing individualized pharmacotherapy and patient consultations. In addition to developing drug therapy guidelines, you will mentor students and engage in medication evaluations. Your input will help ensure patient safety and medication efficacy. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient outcomes
Customize medication therapies through patient assessment
Deliver counseling on medication to patients and families
Review and develop drug therapy guidelines
Involve in clinical drug trials and quality improvement Requirements:
Registered Pharmacist with the College of Pharmacists of BC
Completed accredited Hospital Pharmacy Residency Program
Knowledge of clinical pharmacy standards
