Full time Cleaner

Krystal Klear Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Cleaner to join our growing team. This position includes a mix of residential, commercial, construction, and move-in/move-out cleaning, so every day can look a little different.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong eye for detail, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities
Residential house cleaning
Commercial and office cleaning
Post-construction and recent-build cleaning
Move-in and move-out cleaning
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
Dusting and wiping down surfaces
Cleaning appliances, baseboards, windows/window sills, and other detailed areas when required
Emptying garbage and replacing liners
Following client-specific cleaning instructions
Properly using and caring for cleaning equipment and supplies
Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining Krystal Klear Cleaning's quality standards

What We're Looking For
Reliable and punctual
Robust attention to detail
Positive attitude and good work ethic
Able to work independently and with a team
Comfortable working in different homes, businesses, and construction environments




Able to perform physical cleaning duties throughout the day, including bending, lifting, reaching, and being on your feet
Good communication skills
Cleaning experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation preferred
