In Bedford, Nova Scotia.In addition to our engineered precast facilities for custom components, Strescon also operates a 32,000 sq. ft. facility in Saint John which manufactures standard concrete products for engineered drainage systems, such as pipe, manholes and catch basins.Job SummaryThe Business Development Associate supports Strescon’s growth strategy by identifying recent business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting proposal and market development activities. This role works closely with senior leadership, estimating, engineering, and operations teams to help expand Strescon’s market presence and secure both public and private sector work.The ideal candidate is commercially minded, relationship-focused, and comfortable navigating a technical construction environment.ResponsibilitiesTravel throughout New Brunswick to maintain existing and develop new relationships with contractors, developers,
