Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Massage Therapist to join our wellness team at multidisciplinary clinic. The ideal candidate will provide professional massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure a positive experience for every client.

Duties
Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to individual client needs.
Conduct client consultations to understand their health concerns and preferences.
Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety standards.
Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress.
Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments.
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and clinic productivity.
Uphold qualified standards and adhere to licensing regulations at all times.

Requirements
Valid massage therapy license or certification as required by regulations.




Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and common health conditions.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming setting for clients.
Excellent communication skills to effectively listen to clients’ needs and explain treatment plans.
Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary.
A genuine interest in promoting health, relaxation, and wellness for clients of diverse backgrounds.
