Become the Fixed Assets Manager at REAL, tasked with ensuring the safety and reliability of our agile venue. Lead maintenance initiatives and teams while focusing on strategic and operational excellence. In this strategic role, you will report to the Director of Asset Protection and be responsible for implementing and monitoring departmental goals and safety programs.

You will oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, and other critical systems, while also developing budgets and performance measures. Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be vital to achieve event delivery goals. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor industry trends and implement improvement prospects
Manage maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption




Establish training and risk management protocols
Lead departmental meetings and enhance team engagement
Assess maintenance performance through reports and metrics Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or certification
At least five years of experience in facility management
Proven supervisory experience in maintenance
Ideal if experienced in unionized environments
Proficient in managing multiple priorities Contribute to the memorable experiences of guests by optimizing REAL's asset management and maintenance programs.
