Join VHA Home HealthCare as a Full-Time Registered Nurse supporting the Child and Family program in Toronto. Deliver home-based nursing care for clients with complex medical needs from newborns to young adults. The Full time RN position at VHA focuses on providing and coordinating individualized nursing services.

Conduct assessments and develop care plans for clients
Monitor and evaluate ongoing health interventions
Ensure safety and quality in client care
Maintain documentation in line with nursing standards
Participate in on-call support during emergencies Requirements:
Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
RN diploma or degree from a recognized institution
Valid First Aid or CPR certification
Experience in acute and community nursing preferred
