You will cater to adults and teenagers, adapting lessons beyond traditional textbooks to engage students in meaningful learning experiences. Your ability to assess and monitor student progress will be vital in maintaining high satisfaction and retention rates. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Spanish lessons for individual and small groups
Develop and implement customized lesson plans
Assess recent students and place them in suitable classes
Provide honest tracking of student progress
Prepare candidates for formal Spanish exams upon request Requirements:
Spanish language skills at a C2 level
Valid ELE qualification or a comparable degree
Experience working with adult students in wide-ranging skill levels
