This role focuses on providing safety and structure for those in recovery. You will play a crucial role in overseeing clients and supporting their daily recovery process. Your responsibilities include managing daily operations and facilitating activities that build a supportive recovery setting. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise clients and promote respectful behavior
Organize campus activities and assist with daily logistics
Conduct safety checks and report concerns as necessary




Engage in spiritual mentorship and facilitate support groups
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and campus order Requirements:
Relevant education in ministry or social work preferred
Experience with addiction services or in a residential setting is a plus
Valid driver’s license may be required
Current First Aid Certification is helpful
Robust communication and leadership abilities are essential Lead with compassion and structure as you help clients on their journey to recovery at Adult & Teen Challenge.
