This role reports to the Controller and involves preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and processing key financial transactions.

You will interact with a dedicated finance team, gaining exposure to evolving processes in a private equity workplace. Effective communication and a detail-oriented approach are crucial. Key Responsibilities:
Perform journal entry preparation and postings for accuracy
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and assess discrepancies
Review expense reports and manage petty cash transactions
Assist in the monthly close and support trial balance preparation
Collaborate on variance analysis and maintain accurate records Requirements:
Post-secondary degree in Accounting or Finance
1–3 years of pertinent accounting experience
Understanding of accounting principles and Excel proficiency
ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
