You'll undergo extensive training to enhance your troubleshooting abilities and will also be responsible for training other field technicians. Safety is paramount both in-house and at customer sites, and you'll be expected to create exact reports detailing service trips and issues encountered. Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive and emergency repairs on robotic systems
Conduct thorough troubleshooting of robots and related equipment




Provide training to fellow Field Service Technicians
Create and manage service trip reports
Work with Regional Sales Managers for support coordination Requirements:
Experience in the repair of robotic systems preferred
Must possess a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Excellent communication skills for report generation
Willingness to travel as necessary
