Here at Company Bagel, we're building a modern bagel shop focused on naturally fermented sourdough bagels, exceptional ingredients, and genuine hospitality. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the shop. You will be responsible for creating a warm and efficient customer experience while helping keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You should take pride in providing great hospitality and be comfortable jumping in wherever the team needs help.

In this role, you will:
Greet every customer warmly and create a welcoming environment
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle customer questions, concerns, and requests professionally
Build relationships with regular customers and contribute to a solid neighbourhood presence
Prepare coffee and other beverages
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Keep the front counter, dining area, and other customer-facing areas clean and organized
Restock merchandise, packaging, beverages,



and other supplies
Assist with inventory counts and receiving deliveries as required
Support the team with any other tasks required to keep the shop running smoothly

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Robust attention to detail
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of service
Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Previous restaurant, café, retail, or hospitality experience is preferred
