We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in cashiering, food service, or hospitality. This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Duties
Greet customers as they enter the establishment
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Issue receipts, refunds, change, or tickets
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Maintain a clean and tidy checkout area
Keep reports of transactions
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus
Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
