Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring quick and productive processing
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, barista station, and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
Support team members during busy periods by multitasking between serving,



food prep, and customer assistance

Experience
Previous experience working in the food industry or as a barista is highly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Experience in serving or cashiering roles that require attention to detail and efficiency
