Duties
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to create a welcoming environment
Take accurate orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring timely and correct processing
Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
Provide excellent guest services by answering questions about menu items and making recommendations for upselling food and beverages
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling and serving processes
Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff and maintain smooth service flow




Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards

Experience
Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations in the food industry
Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, order totaling, and change calculation
Experience in serving or hospitality roles that involve guest interaction and upselling techniques is a plus
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods while maintaining professionalism
