Fraser Health Authority is seeking Family Physicians for various roles in Surrey. Join a friendly, team-oriented team focused on equitable addiction medicine services. Multiple positions are available within Fraser Health’s Department of Addiction Medicine and Substance Use Services.

This includes full time, part time, and occasional roles as we expand our addiction services. Ideal candidates will demonstrate enthusiasm for providing accessible, evidence-based care and may have prior experience in addiction medicine. Key Responsibilities:
Provide low-barrier access to addiction medicine services
Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare providers
Cover maternity leave from December 1, 2026, to August 1, 2027
Demonstrate commitment to patient-centered care
Engage in continuous learning and community involvement

Requirements:
Active CPSBC license for practice
Passion for equitable healthcare delivery
Previous addiction medicine experience is an asset
ISAM or ABAM certification is beneficial
CCFP(AM) preferred but not mandatory
