Homes by Avi Group of Companies is seeking a Jr. Property Accountant to support a portfolio of condominium corporations within the Blue Jean division. The role focuses on accounts receivable, deposits, owner reconciliations, month-end and financial statement prep with accuracy and robust customer service.

You will work closely with property managers, condo boards, and auditors, ensuring timely processing and reporting while maintaining internal controls and compliance in a quick-paced setting.
