We're looking for an Entry-Level Representative who enjoys building relationships and growing a career in sales. The Entry-Level Representative gains valuable sales experience and contributes to ongoing sales success.

As an Entry-Level Representative, you’ll act as a trusted guide for customers looking to streamline their home tech setup. The Entry-Level Representative will engage with customers in person, learn about their specific needs, whether it’s better Wi-Fi, a simpler TV package, or a home phone, and provide straightforward, easy-to-understand solutions that work for them.

Role Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Representative
Connect with customers in person to discuss how high-speed internet, digital TV, and traditional home phone can enhance their home experience.
Identify customer needs in person by asking about their internet usage, TV viewing habits, and phone requirements, tailoring solutions to their lifestyle.
Explain the perks of high-speed internet in person, such as faster downloads, smoother streaming,



and reliable connectivity for all their devices.
Present TV options, highlighting HD quality, access to premium channels, and user-friendly features that simplify their entertainment.
Emphasize the importance of the traditional landline home phone for clear, uninterrupted calls, especially during emergencies or power outages.
Assist customers in choosing a telecom package that bundles high-speed internet, digital TV, and home phone for maximum savings and convenience.
