Job Summary

KYL Law Firm is an Immigration & Family Law Firm. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawyer to join the firm.

Duties
Represent Clients at the Family Law Court-Ontario
Preparation of legal documents, including briefs and pleadings.
Conduct interviews with clients and witnesses to gather relevant information for cases.
Perform legal research using legal tools to support case preparation.
Draft and proofread legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Maintain organized files and documentation using legal case management systems.
Work with clients from diverse backgrounds, including legal aid clients.

Skills
Must have experience representing clients at the Family Law Courts of Ontario.




Strong interviewing skills to effectively gather information from clients and witnesses.
Proficient writing abilities for drafting transparent and concise legal documents.
Strong phone etiquette for skilled communication with clients.
Exceptional organizational skills to maintain orderly files and documentation.
Legal research.

This is an independent contractor, commission based position.

Job Types: Part time, Freelance

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
