Duties
Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, waxing, and eyelash extensions with precision and care
Consult with clients to understand their skincare needs and recommend suitable treatments or products
Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a positive, relaxing experience for every guest
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and handling retail sales
Upsell skincare products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth




Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and personalized care

Qualifications
Valid Esthetician license or certification as required by CANS
Proven experience performing eyelash extensions and other advanced skincare treatments
Solid retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
Excellent customer service and communication skills to connect with diverse clients
Ability to handle front desk duties efficiently while maintaining a skilled demeanor
Knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and best practices
Enthusiastic team player committed to continuous learning and professional development
