Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead to join our team. You will oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure a secure, enriching environment for children. This role involves curriculum planning, staff coordination, and parent communication.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.

-Foster a positive classroom environment and community.

-Support and guide staff and promoting teamwork.

-Ensure health and safety standards are met.

-Communicate effectively with parents and staff.

-Keeping things organized

Qualifications





ECE Certificate

3+ years of experience in childcare

1+ year in a leadership role

First Aid and Food Safe Certificates

Clear Criminal Record Check

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
