Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated ECE Level 2 or 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of infant development, Montessori principles, and a commitment to providing a calm, nurturing, and stimulating workplace.

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
Implement age-appropriate, Montessori-inspired activities for exploration and independence.
Provide attentive care: bottle feeding, diapering, sleep routines, and daily interactions.
Maintain a secure, organized, and developmentally appropriate environment.
Observe and document children’s learning and communicate with families.
Support inclusive practices and positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications:
ECE Level 2 or 3 (required).
Valid Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search.
Current Child Care First Aid.
Knowledge of Alberta licensing and early learning practices.
Montessori experience or interest is an asset.

Must be legally entitled to work in Canada. Pay: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
