Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an ELL English Tutor based anywhere in Canada. The tutor will deliver engaging and effective online English lessons tailored to English Language Learners (ELL). Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching English grammar, facilitating active learning, mentoring students, and providing constructive feedback to guide their improvement.

The tutor will be paid $40 an hour.

Qualifications
Expertise in English Teaching, Tutoring, and Online Tutoring
Proficiency in English Grammar and Communication skills
Ability to create adaptive lesson plans and deliver interactive sessions
Comfortable with online teaching platforms and technology
Previous experience working with ELL students is a solid asset
Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, or a related field (preferred)
