Duties
Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development
Foster a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves and build relationships
Observe and assess each child's progress, tailoring activities to meet individual needs and abilities
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized classroom environment in compliance with health and safety standards
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns
Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum enhancements and participate in ongoing career development

Skills
Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or related environments




Strong caregiving skills that demonstrate patience, empathy, and attentiveness
Classroom experience that showcases the ability to manage group activities effectively
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
Experience working with individuals with inclusive care needs is highly valued
Excellent teaching skills that engage children and foster a love of learning
Ability to create inclusive environments that celebrate diversity and promote equity
