Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Assistant to join our vibrant educational team. In this role, you will support classroom teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and protected environment for young children. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster early childhood development, ensuring children receive the attention and guidance they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Responsibilities
Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans that promote active learning and developmental growth
Support children with classroom activities, including play, arts and crafts, and educational exercises
Promote positive behavior and social skills through encouragement and modeling
Help maintain a clean, organized, and secure classroom environment at all times
Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a cohesive educational experience
Support children with diverse needs,



including those with disabilities or special requirements
Assist in monitoring children's progress and providing feedback to teachers for individualized support

Qualifications
Prior classroom experience or hands-on experience working with children in educational or childcare settings preferred
Robust communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and development milestones
Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Ability to foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages learning and curiosity
Basic understanding of math concepts suitable for early childhood education
Enthusiasm for teaching and supporting young learners’ growth and development
