Conduct regular inspections and tests of systems
Document daily activities in a maintenance log
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards Requirements:
3–5 years of relevant building maintenance experience
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of Building Automation Systems is beneficial
