As a Facility Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facility is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. You will be the go-to person for any issues that arise, and you will ensure that our guests and residents have a positive experience at Kings Court.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain the cleanliness of the facility, including restrooms, common areas, and event spaces.
Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly.
Set up and tear down equipment and furniture for events, meetings, and activities.
Ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are followed.
Provide excellent customer service to guests and residents, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Assist with minor repairs and coordinate with external vendors for more significant maintenance issues.
Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and other necessary materials.
Report any security or safety concerns to management immediately.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a facility or maintenance role is an asset.




Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as furniture or equipment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
