Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and implement residents' programs collaboratively
• Maintain department records for evaluations and participation




• Facilitate community outings and assess activity levels
• Prepare and evaluate daily activities for residents
• Promote the organization’s values of integrity and respect
Requirements:
• College diploma in Recreation or equivalent
• Experience working with the elderly is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Valid driver's license for transporting residents
